What is OX Factor™?

OX Factor is a proprietary blend of phytoproteins and phospholipids exclusive to XOMD products. These critical molecules stimulate an oxytocin-inspired effect in the skin. Known worldwide as the “love hormone,” oxytocin release is broadly attributed to feelings of romance, attraction and connection, while also delivering our body’s most powerful antioxidant support to help your skin look its best.

XOMD products are inspired by, but do not contain, oxytocin. XOMD products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare professional if you have any concerns or underlying conditions.

Where do I buy XOMD products?

Currently, XOMD products are sold exclusively through our website at xomdskin.com and authorized physician partners. We do not guarantee the quality of any products not purchased through our website.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Please contact info@xomdskin.com with your changes as soon as possible after placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How do I track my order?

Once we ship your order, you will receive all shipping updates via email. We will also provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order to delivery!

My discount code isn’t working. Can you help?

Please reach out to us at info@xomdskin.com and provide your name, phone number and email address. We’ll reach out to you to help you redeem your discount code.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We look forward to providing XOMD products to other countries in the future; however, we do not currently ship internationally.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order before shipping.

Can I expedite shipping?

Yes, you can expedite shipping. When you check out, you can opt to pay for expedited shipping.

Account & Subscription

How do I log into my XOMD account?

Go to www.xomdskin.com and click the person icon at the top right, ‘Sign In.’ You will be taken to the login screen, where you can log in with the credentials you set up for your account.

How do I reset the password on my account?

Go to the log-in page, click ‘Forgot Your Password,’ and input the email you used to create your account. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

XOMD accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please click here to view our Return Policy.

Ambassador Program (Xpert)

Do you have an affiliate marketing program?

Yes! Our affiliates are called Xperts. You can register to become an Xpert at this [Link].

What benefits do Xperts receive?

You earn commissions on every sale made through your affiliate (Xperts) link or coupon code. When a customer uses your link, they receive 10% off their purchase, and you earn a 10% commission on the total amount. Commissions apply to all sales that are not returned or canceled within 30 days.

Your commission rate increases as your total referral sales grow:

Tier I — 10% Commission
Automatically applies when you start. Move to Tier II once you reach $100+ in total referral sales.
Tier II — 15% Commission
Move to Tier III once you reach $500+ in total referral sales.
Tier III — 20% Commission
This is the highest commission tier.
