XOMD Return Policy
At XOMD, we value our customers and want you to have an exceptional experience with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Please Inspect Your Order
Upon receiving your XOMD product, take a moment to inspect it. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at info@xomdskin.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Not all relationships are perfect, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your products to request a return. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot accept returns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@xomdskin.com. In your email, please provide the following details, which should match your original purchase order details:
• Your name • Shipping address • Billing address • Email address
• Phone number • Date of purchase • Order number • Reason for return
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to return your products. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be refunded. If your return is not accepted, we will also respond to let you know the reason for the rejection. If you do not hear from us in response to your email, please check your spam folder and follow up with us via email to assure we received your request.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return We will promptly notify you about the refund status. Once approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment within 10-15 business days. Please note, return shipping fees may not be included in refund.
Please keep in mind that your bank of credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@xomdskin.com.
Subscriptions
You can manage all of your subscription orders anytime through your customer portal.
If you need to change or cancel an upcoming subscription order but the shipment has already been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we can provide a return shipping label so you can send the product back to us.
When applicable, we will issue a refund once the product is returned. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
TikTok
If you have purchased through TikTok shop and wish to make a return you may do so with the same policy as above. If you cancel your order once it has already shipped, we will refund your purchase price and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products.
